An active monthly contribution makes you a Supporting Citizen for as long as it runs. Cancel any time — it ends at the close of the paid period, and never retroactively.

Founding Citizen is permanent.
Anyone who supports the district during the founding phase becomes a Founding Citizen — for good. It is never revoked, never expires, and cannot be bought later once the phase closes.
